Portico Richmond

The personal is friendly, but they are either underoccupied or have the tables of the servers over the restaurant, inside and outside. this is not the first time that this has happened during a Sunday brunch, as it takes off, but we sit immediately, and it takes forever to visit our server, which is usually super friendly and gets the order right. they check in the rule only once and then they have to wait until they visit to box and get their check. that eating is amazing, the personal is friendly and the orders are correct. I propose to go if they are not in haste or not in need to be regularly checked.

I've been there several times and I love it. But the service yesterday was terrible.

Love everything about Porticos. It’s our favorite restaurant where we have celebrated many special occasions and many “date” nights. Highly recommend!

Went for our anniversary, we arrived 45 mins earlier but we couldn’t get seated (I guess they were full). We sat at the bar (bartender was very attentive, good service). The main salon is not big, but it doesn’t feel crowded. The food was good and the prices are ok (as expected for the kind of restaurant). The location is pretty good (not in a crowded area). They have enough parking spaces. The restaurant facilities (their set up, including the patio) are very pretty. My only complaint is that we had to wait longer than the normal for our server (every time), could be due to short staff and/or busyness. But, this is a very good restaurant, we will be back!

The food was very good... service was good but could have been more attentive and more friendly... perhaps our waiter had a lot of tables. Prices on some menu items seemed a little high but perhaps that's just inflation.
