I often find myself waiting in line for at least 30 minutes to place my order, only to receive the wrong items when I get home. For takeout dinner, I typically spend between $30 and $50. The food is excellent and deserves a 5/5, but the service is lacking and rates just a 1/5. The atmosphere is mediocre at best, so I would give it a 2/5.

Why is this Popeyes always bad service. There is always a very long wait in drive thur. This time, like most every other time I come here, they say I will have to wait for chicken. I made an online mobile order. So it shouldn't have been a surprise what pieces I wanted with my whole 5 piece dinner. Come on. Even though it was a mobile order I still sat at drive thur window for 10 minutes. Then, I ask if I could get mashed potatos without gravy already on them. Of course, the answer was, you will have to wait. Pull up to the door and sit!!! Just for them to bring me out a small side of potatos, half full, not even in a bag. Please someone come manage this store, so the East End can have decent chicken. This has been this way since this store opened.
