Why is this Popeyes always bad service. There is always a very long wait in drive thur. This time, like most every other time I come here, they say I will have to wait for chicken. I made an online mobile order. So it shouldn't have been a surprise what pieces I wanted with my whole 5 piece dinner. Come on. Even though it was a mobile order I still sat at drive thur window for 10 minutes. Then, I ask if I could get mashed potatos without gravy already on them. Of course, the answer was, you will have to wait. Pull up to the door and sit!!! Just for them to bring me out a small side of potatos, half full, not even in a bag. Please someone come manage this store, so the East End can have decent chicken. This has been this way since this store opened.

Manger was very rude they mess my order up. While I've tried to cut back on fried foods, Popeyes remains my top choice when I'm craving some delicious fried chicken. As for vegetarian options, I wish there were a few more available. Regarding dietary restrictions, I’d love to see a greater variety. I ordered takeout for lunch and, as always, had a satisfying experience.
