Pizza Hut - Richmond

I can understand some of the frustrations that have led to negative reviews, but I feel compelled to give this restaurant some credit for my experience tonight. We placed an online order for two medium pizzas: one thin crust chicken supreme and one with pepperoni and extra cheese. The pizzas were delivered within the promised timeframe, but unfortunately, the pepperoni and extra cheese pizza didn't have the extra cheese; in fact, it had very little cheese at all. The chicken supreme, however, was quite good. My husband called to address the issue, and the woman who answered—whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch—was very kind and helpful. She offered us either a credit or a replacement pizza, and we opted for the new pie. The replacement pizza was delivered quickly and was made perfectly. It arrived with a friendly demeanor and an apology for the mix-up. Kudos to the team at the restaurant tonight for turning things around despite the initial mistake and ensuring we left satisfied!

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut locations I've ever encountered. The food was subpar and undercooked. I wouldn't recommend dining here unless you have no other options.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I've been stuck at home due to an injury and decided to order delivery. I ordered a pizza with three toppings, but they forgot one. To make matters worse, they were incredibly stingy with the cheese. What little cheese there was had burned, and although the pizza was overcooked, it was also cold. I couldn't eat any of it and ended up throwing the whole thing away. When I tried to call to address the issue, I was immediately placed on hold, and no one ever returned to the call.

Pizza is like any other Pizza Hut, if you've been to one, you've been to all Quick delivery from this place. Wings are done pretty sloppy though. The sauce is just thrown on top, doesn't cover the wings and doesn't look appealing.

I have ordered from here plenty of times. ive never had a problem until today. I ordered and they called to tell me they don 't have dinner boxes and to see what else i would like. I figured they just didn 't have the actual box . I told them to cancel the order. a few minutes later I called back to ask if I could just order on the app again but order something else. WELL THE FIRST TIME I GOT HUNG UP ON WHILE I WAS TALKING. I called back immediately thinking maybe it was just an accident. nope. I talked to probably the rudest worker there. well what 's wrong with the app how do you want me to help you . I wasn 't asking about the app. I just wanted to know if I could still order through the app since my last order was supposed to have been canceled. so whoever the young lady was that I spoke to at 2:54 pm . thank you for ruining my pregnant sisters lunch. all she wanted was freaking pizza hut
