Papa Johns Pizza - Richmond

I wanted to share my extremely disappointing experience, but it seems like all the reviews here are similar. The service was terrible, from start to finish with rude management. It's obvious that customer service is not important at this restaurant. For those looking for delicious pizza and great service, I suggest going to Cabreras on Midlothian. They provide a high quality product along with superior service.

I have tried this restaurant multiple times, despite never being satisfied with my orders. However, tonight was the last straw. We received a raw pizza, had to wait 2.5 hours for delivery, received a poorly cut pizza with only white toppings, and cold pizza. We also received the wrong pizza, missing pizza, and were not given a refund for the missing item. The manager was rude and when we called to inquire about our order, we were told it would be another hour before it was ready. We decided not to wait until 1:30AM for a single pizza that was supposedly 5 minutes away. We will never be ordering from this restaurant again.

If I could put a 0, I would just get from the phone with a hired there I said I commanded i pizza last night and it tastes terrible when an ingredient had expired, tells me to bring it back and he'll get me a refund. for a pizza I ordered yesterday? very rude and evil over the phone never order dad john’s again

This is quite garden mess! not garden fresh! then I called the load who told me that I did not place the load I command when this is the last number on my color ID, the only one I call that is close. the job site that delivers up to 1 am! because I don't know what I'm talking about! the only number of phone calls to supply food and they give me a mess and never went through the delivery instructions! never again in my life they will always be at the bottom of my list!

This location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever ran into. They treat customers like nuisances. I’ve given them a handful of chances over the three years that I’ve lived next to them. I’ve been given stale pizza, hung up on, placed on hold for up to 30 minutes, and had food forgotten by them a couple times. Once they even delivered a half eaten pizza that I’m assuming was for the associates to eat and was grabbed by accident (I literally wish I was joking) Go elsewhere.
