Panera Bread - Richmond

My husband and I stopped to eat here during our road trip. The food was delicious and we had fantastic customer service. Should out to Dreama who took our order. She noticed I was pregnant and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. One happy and well fed momma-to-be over here. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Love the Sip Club!!! Lena has always been the one that has greeted me in the mornings as I go through the drive through, and she is just the sweetest. ALWAYS smiling as I come through. My order has always been correct, too!

If you haven't tried the new chicken sandwiches you should. Panera is a great traveler's food. I can get a decent healthy salad, oatmeal, or sandwich consistently good and the staff are always great.

Hello all, my reviews are usually excellent as you can see, but my experience with this particular Panera was more than subpar. My wife and I will no longer haunt Panera because of their attitude and blatant lies. I understand that mistakes are made, but to blame the trader if your other employee literally told me 30 seconds earlier she had the product, is unacceptable. We ordered through their app and when they ordered the order I was told to drive to their place if I wanted to correct their mistake, seriously? My order number is 833601211 and judges by the staff I would not expect at this point. I hope the General Manager of this place has at least the courtesy to apologize. BTW her Napa Chixken Salad is amazing just do not order it from this place. We should have gone to Texas Roadhouse for $40. Richard.
