KFC/ Taco Bell - Richmond

Should have listened when my friend told me not to go here because they always commanded to mess! Unfortunately, I shot her anyway. they literally blew up any product I bought, and my order could not have been easier. I ordered the quesadilla meal and ended with an evil looking burrito. I had never seen any acid in a regular tacos and to round it off, I did not get a straw for my drink it sauce for my taco. now I see why the person left before me, make one please and don't even think about going here.

The service has improved, but as with previous visits they were available from menu points without replacement

No. The service was unfullied. Went back to get missing food. They were trying to figure out like I was dishonest. No. No really.

If you’re hoping to collect points for your Taco Bell order? You won’t get them here cuz they never give a receipt that has a barcode on it (even tho every single other location I’ve gone to does! And they kinda just chuck your order into the bag. So many times has my spicy ranch been all over the wrapper and not actually on my taco. I’ve gotten broken tacos too! A few months ago I discovered I actually like Taco Bell (I’m very, very picky but this location in particular just continues to disappoint. But hey, at least they finally cleaned up in there and it’s not a complete pig style like it was when I last lived around here?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, THIS PLACE IS SOO MIS-MANAGED. THEY RAN OUT OF RE-FRIED BEAN... HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF BEANS AT A TACO PLACE.I ORDERED NACHO GRANDE WITH BEEF AND CHICKEN, NO SOUR CREAM.... GOT A DOUBLE SHOT OF SOUR CREAM, NO BEANS, NO BEEF, NO CHICKENDONT WASTE YOUR BREATH, TIME AND AGGRAVATION GOING HERE, ITS NOT WORTH IT
