Jersey Mike's Subs - Richmond

I don’t normally go to Jersey Mike's. But I received a gift card for Christmas and figured I'd use it. I got off work late and was able to get there ten minutes before close. The young man who rung me up was having difficulty with my gift card, so out of the kindness of his heart, he gave me my meal on him. I figured the very least I could do was leave a positive review. These random acts of kindness are so far and few these days that whenever they do happen, they should be acknowledged. Very positive experience!

Outstanding Service and Steak Cheese sub. I visited at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. They were busy. But the wait wasn't long at all. And the Steak Cheese sub was one of the best I have had in a long time!!

Small, convenient. Can eat in. Does large carry out business. Had steak cheese sub on wheat. Good sandwich. Fast service. Did not order ahead.

First I want to say staff here was super friendly. Had about 3 men in uniform inside from what I say around the front area. I was told by one if I didn’t see my order at the pick up let him know or if I needed anything let him know ! Now on to the food this is my first time actually ordering from them myself I had the cheese steak and it was great wishing I would have gotten a bigger size as I’m still hungry the cheese was sooooo good I will definitely try this location again

The establishment was clean and the staff was pleasant. I suggest eating here. My experience was enjoyable.
