Galaxy Diner - Richmond

Incredibly rude staff, dirty restaurant, very slow service. Unacceptable experience. I'll never go again. The food quality was subpar. Our order was wrong. Terrible standards.

Great food, service. Fun vibe. Clever variations throughout the menu without being too clever. Price on the right. No diner mirror ever was so flawless. People take care of this. We ate here several times during our visit. (Also smart: the menu is on the table side, on the wall, so you can start planning your next meal while you still enjoy it.

Waitress was friendly and made sure everything was good. Great omelette along with the strawberry shakedown drink. Would definitely come here again when in Richmond.

This was our first visit and hopefully it won't be the last. We stopped while traveling through Richmond. My wife ordered a salad with mock chicken. She said it was delicious. I ordered biscuits and gravy which came with multiple options. I opted for tots, corned beef hash and apples as my sides. Everything was excellent. Service was excellent as well. All the staff was very friendly.

Best diner experience so far on Cary st. Loved the waitress, the food, music, and the vibe :
