Manager and staff are amazing. they are super nice and make every drink consistently the same. i’ve never had issues in the 3 years i’ve ordered here. I can’t stress how amazing the manager is; each employee seems trained very well! thanks!!

Drove to this location after my local Dunkin' not having what I wanted in stock. Mary gave me such great customer service. She truly listened, repeated back my order and kept great conversation with me throughout. While I feel like my drink wasn't filled fully because I added cold foam it tasted great overall. The donuts were a tad stale but not inedible. Will be returning here and hoping Mary is the cashier when I do. Honestly the only person I've had a positive customer experience with at this location in a while. Others have been short and mundane with me.
Placed a curbside order online and when I arrived parked in the designated space and waited and waited for almost 25 minutes, then a young lady comes out and said they did not have one of the items I ordered and asked if they could substitute, I said ok. The order was for 4 coffee muffins, 2 blueberry and 2 cinnamon rolls. She was going to substitute 2 blueberry for 2 coffee muffins. I was heading out of town so didn't check what was in the box at the time. Discovered when I got to my destination that not only was I short 1 muffin, but paid for the missing one as well. I sent emails to DD and got a response that I would be receiving 2 gift cards and only received 1. Not very good customer service if you ask me and the wait was ridiculous as well. Sad excuse for a retail business.
