Domino's Pizza - Richmond

This pizza was a real treat, and my order was ready in just 15 minutes. I highly recommend trying out the various sauces!

This is one of the best affordable pizza spots in the area. I appreciate the rewards program where you can earn points towards a free pizza. I typically order the medium pizza with two toppings along with some chicken wings.

Every single order from here they take two orders at once and I always get my last so that my pizza is always cold. If I live 5 minutes away, bring my order first, so I don't have to eat cold pizza every time

I called the restaurant to check if they delivered to my address, but the girl I spoke to said they don't. She seemed uninterested in helping me further. I asked her to find out which location does deliver to my address, and she put me on hold for 5 minutes, but then never came back to the phone. When I tried to call again, no one answered. The customer service at this place is practically non-existent.

I ordered a pizza from them waiting for an hour and no delivery. they claimed they tried to call me and never left a voicemail. Then I canceled my order without provocation. And the girl on the phone had the nerve to get an attitude. I've been sitting here for over an hour and thought I had an order on my way. No cancellation email or anything!! I'll never order them again. If I could post a review without start, I would be sure!! I will certainly send this issue to companies.
