Chipotle Mexican Grill - Richmond

I placed an order online for the posted opening time of 10:30am. First, the place doesn 't even open until 10:45. At least I would be the first order and I would expect them to not be out of everything as they normally are, right? Second, I ordered a salad...no lettuce ANYWHERE in the bowl that I was provided. No salad dressing, and the wrong protein. First order of the day was completely incorrect. The woman who handed me the bag was very pleasant though. I would miss this place if i were you.See the photo for how this was, in no way, a salad.

First and LAST visit at this particular location. Food was awful! Taste

They were out of multiple meats and toppings, including beans. The service was lacking. Most of the tables were dirty.

The order was missing items and I barely had any food in my bowl. This is the second time and I will never order from this place again.

Typically, if I want Chipotle, I go to the Forest Avenue location (which has the best of a bunch of mediocre staffs), but last night, I had to get something quick to eat in my vicinity. Every time I've gone to this location, the staff has been stand-offish and made it seem like the presence of customers was an inconvenience to them. The servings are inadequate (i.e.: half a spoonful of rice; three cubes of steak; a small fatty clump of barbacoa), and the actual restaurant feels slightly messy. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go even in a hurry.
