Chick-Fil-a - Richmond

My sausage and cheese cookies were so delicious! The sun joy was excellent and the perfect mix of both lemonade sweet tea. Tom brought me my food and he's so nice. He is very patient and professional. He definitely did my day. This is the best place I was, and I was with many!

Great food as always, prepared and served in time; the place is clean; of course, what is expected from this restaurant. Everyone in the chain of Chick-fil-A is nice to work hard, and they are on their task, regardless of their location. Almost every restaurant has someone who comes personally to ask how everything goes, and to ensure that nothing is missing; that is a real and natural conversation instead of a forced or artificial. Stop the good work.

Never been disappointed here. You constantly get my order right 100 of time and they do it with a smile. It's like they're glad to see you when you're glass to see her. One of my favorite restaurants to visit breakfast lunch or dinner at any meal.

Chick-fil-A never disappointed me. All locations can take my order right and give the desired food perfect, it is always amazing from food to drinks. Staff is always amazing and friendly! But everyone knows why they surpass where others have failed!!!! The new drive-thrus that have been implemented since Covid are so efficient, but it bums me out it took something like a pandemic for a place to do it like Chick-fil-A. It's either happy that someone's capitalizing on the idea!

Very well organized for taking orders, efficient and pleasant team! I have never gotten a mix up in my order. The food and Diet Lemmonade are delicious!
