Chanello's Pizza - Richmond

I like Chanellos better than the other pizzas. Especially back the day we would have special sessions with the ha ha leaf. But on a real one, I'll pull them out everywhere

Pizza crust was not completely cooked, but the cheerful bread sticks were delicious.

I have been ordering for years from the South Laburnum Shop Sandston), today March 28thi ordered 2 medium pizza and a cooking salad, the cooking salad looks like it was just thrown together SMH I am extremely disappointed

I ordered from here for 10 years. I have observed them slowly over time, but surely stop nurturing over there products or there customers. The pizzas used to have good portions for toppings and now the jump you like to come the toppings when checking it. This is 5. Once in a row the pizza was naked and the bread sticks where burned. Yes burned. They don't put cheese on them so they just burn in the oven, so do the workers care? No. You just throw it in a box and send it out like that? Never in my life was I as disappointed as a local franchise has changed.

If this is supposed to be appetizing they totally missed the mark. Nearly no meat and the only special request was no green peppers. The produce looks old and the bread looks like it failed to rise. I have put off making a review thinking that I would find something I loved, but sadly the pizza AND subs just plain suck. The only good thing so far is they do deliver later..
