Barcode - Richmond

Only moved to judgemond and this bar is very close to where I live. the staff and owners are all incredibly friendly and attentive. eating is phenomenal and literally everything I ordered was delicious. the drinks and eating are super-cheap. the regular and customers are all super friendly, inclusive, and fun! would recommend to anyone in the opposite or visit! patio in the back to cool, they will get fresh air and smoke for those who do. I will slowly become more regular!

They refused to allow us when they saw that we had a service dog in our group. When we explained to them the VA laws on the servants and the right disabled people, the staff laughed about us and even cried to the handler of the service dog, then we forced ourselves to leave. we called on the police to submit a report on this facility.

I came here on Monday at 16 o'clock to order food. had a demand for meat-leaved so that I could see who it would have. it came to comfort, mama and barcode. barcode had the lowest price at 8.95 for meat leaflet 2 pages, so I decided to go there. comfort was prizistic from the 3rd it looks, but the reviews were good. it opened so I had to wait until 5 to order. the bartender informed me about the happy hour, so I decided to have a drink. the bartender was a little liquid, but he made me the best gin tonic. it also came in a big cup. immediately excited. fast forward. I get my food as good as that drink. I could have had a little more force, but I wouldn't have cooked it myself. it had to swirl, sausage. it was absolutely divine. I walked around around 520 who jumped place. not her typical gay bar. there were businessmen, heterosexual couples straight ppl. actually only saw a gay male couple. the amount was very diverse. great prices. great eating. they will not be disappointed.

I'm new to the richmond virginia area. this LGBTQ bar was awesome when I feel welcome, find friends and feel like part of the community! the customers our wonderfully diverse from young to old, gay, lesbian, transgendered, asking, non-binary, straight, black, white, asian, hispanic, thin, heavy, all body types, rich, penniless everyone is welcome and men's mix. since I am in richmond in the one bar, I have made friends with friendly people in all these categories and people who do not match these categories. the bartenders are great. at least three, including the owner, have been there for over 15 years. In addition to drink, they also serve to eat and it is good from salads to wing and beyond.

To me, the previous reviews did not provide many details about this bar. Therefore, I decided to see for myself. That's right, I took the train from Philly to RVA and I came on a Saturday late afternoon. My impression of Barcode was WOW, this place is so clean and spacious. I did have trouble finding the entry door at first lol.(my fault) Friendly greeting from the bartender Savita and a very welcoming friendly locals. My Cocktail drink was balanced and made well. The music sound level was great! Not too overwhelming, and I was able to have conversations without yelling at my friends. Overall Great environment. I ordered a Soft Chicken Tacos: Marinated Pulled chicken Corn Black beans Tomato Bell Pepper Onions Lettuce Sour cream and secret sauce? Ask for Jalapenos and Cilantro on the side if available (I think it would add a wow factor). Overall, great experience, a well-balanced cocktail, and tasty tacos! I would come back here on Saturdays. I hope you enjoy the pictures of the bar. Parking on the street is not too bad. So, circle around, find a parking spot, and stop by.
