The Brownlow Arms - Richmond

I dined here tonight, and the dining experience was undoubtedly 5 stars, just like the service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, they didn't overlook anyone; they kept us informed about how long we would have to wait for our table, handed out menus, sorted drinks, and took our orders promptly. It was all very efficient. Overall, it's a little gem of a pub, and I would highly recommend it. Did I mention how great the food was?

I have dined at various locations of this restaurant over the past 12 years, and I've never had a bad meal. It's my favorite place to eat! I'm not usually a big fan of chips, but I have to say, the chips here are incredible.

We visited today for Sunday dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, featuring a fantastic selection of sweets, delicious Yorkshire pudding, and exquisite gravy. The service was excellent, with courteous and attentive staff. We also enjoyed a homemade dessert that was simply divine. We’ve already made a reservation for tomorrow, as it’s steak night!

This is an amazing land pub eating is fabulous and the owner and the staff are very friendly and make a complete package as they can take their dog for a meal or drinks in the bar area.

Amazing place food excellent high standard credit to the chef a job well done..great customer service..plenty of quirky things to see in this pub all in all fantastic a must visit if in the area... 5 stars well done brownlow arms....
