No big deal the food was very average _The oil was horrible in the fish and chips _Very overrated and the parking is non existent

Wonderful place to sit on the patio and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I go back often, worth the travel from North Vancouver.

Awesome location watching the seaplanes, quick service and good specials. They also have a shuttle service that will drive you in Richmond (and I believe Marpole now too) if you have been drinking. Usually there's a wait and it's pretty noisy so don't expect a quiet dinner.
