Starbucks - Richmond

As a regular customer of This location for over a year now, I can confidently say that it continues to exceed my expectations. Whenever I visit, I find myself gravitating towards their Chai Tea Latte in its various forms—hot, cold, and frappe. The flavor of the tea is simply exceptional, and it keeps me coming back for more.One of the things I appreciate the most about Starbucks is their consistency in delivering delicious drinks. Whether I choose the classic Chai Tea Latte, opt for the iced version on a hot day, or indulge in the creamy and refreshing Frappuccino, I can always rely on the tea to be flavorful and satisfying. The blend of spices and the balance of sweetness create a harmonious taste that keeps me craving more.Being a regular customer, I have come to rely on Starbucks for my daily fix of Chai Tea Latte, and they have never let me down in terms of both taste and service. The staff is efficient and friendly, ensuring that my drink is prepared just the way I like it. Even during busy periods, I have never had to wait excessively long, and my drink is consistently served on time.

I frequent this Starbucks a lot and it’s always consistent but today was a different story. I ordered a venti and it was only filled up 2/3… and there’s no sugar cookie flavour at all… disappointing and a waste of almost $7

They're always really nice here and remember my order. The one or two times there's been a mistake, they fixed it quickly with no issue.We're all human, mistakes happen, and this is probably one of the busiest locations around. They do really well with the volume.It's just nice to get kindness with my coffee in the morning. :)Thanks guys!

This review is for starbucks Lansdowne inside T&T grocery, BC. I always order brewed coffee with cream at starbucks and ordered the same here. Yuck! Coffee tasted so bitter and looked muck dark. tried to make it work by asking for more cream but got the 3rd degree saying they would have to charge. Should have just returned the coffee and insisted on a refund. Dont go here starbucks at Landsdowne BC. Bad coffee, worse customer service!

Beatrix was super nice and friendly she gave me the best customer service, i’ve never had a more pleasant experience.I can’t say the same for this other girl that gave me my drink when she did she just threw the straw at me, the manager needs to do
