Pizza Hut - Richmond

When we are craving a snack and can't think of where to go, we often go to this restaurant for their Hawaiian pizza with extra cheese! The crust is perfectly cooked and we always ask for it to be extra crispy on the sides and bottom, which they happily accommodate. The staff is friendly and even let us know about any ongoing promotions.

I enjoy the pizzas at this restaurant, although they are slightly expensive. However, they definitely have the best taste in their pizzas.

I like the pizzaa they have but they are little over prices. But yes they got all the bets taste in their pizzaas.

They have good selection and reasonable price. I'm not sure if it was because we came in on a Sunday but there were about only 3 servers 2 staff and the manager). We waited for our food for more than 30 minutes and the kids in our group were restless. Overall, if they just have enough kitchen staff and more than 2 servers, we didn't have to wait long.

We had food delivered to our Hilton hotel in Richmond. The person taking our order had a heavy accent which made it difficult to understand. When our order arrived, we were disappointed to find that there were no plates, utensils, cups for our soda, or Parmesan cheese. The pizza, pasta, and wings were undercooked and cold, with minimal toppings. It felt like we were eating dry bread. This was the worst pizza I have ever had, and I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Despite tipping the delivery guy $7, we should have withheld it until our order was correct. The service was poor, the communication was lacking, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. Pizza Hut should reconsider their association with this establishment if they do not improve their quality and service. It is unfortunate that they managed to mess up something as simple as pizza. I hope they take this feedback constructively and make the necessary changes. If not, they may unfortunately go out of business.
