Pizza Hut - Richmond

I recently visited Pizza Hut R31116 in Richmond and was disappointed with the experience. The address was not provided on the delivery receipt, and the dinner in a box we ordered was not great but edible. The pizza had big chunks of onion instead of the slivers I was expecting, and the pasta dish was not good either. I will probably end up throwing away the leftovers, which I hate to do as I rarely waste food. Additionally, there was no option for a thin crust pizza, which is my preference. The pizza we received was thick and puffy, not what I had hoped for. This poor experience is not unique to this visit, as I have had similar issues with this chain in the past. It all comes down to the staff and management taking pride in their work and improving customer service. Many of their employees seem indifferent to legitimate customer concerns, which is unacceptable. Overall, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

The pizza is delicious, the service is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. The daily deals available for online ordering are also a great value.

This restaurant is our family's go-to spot for pizza, with convenient parking for pick-up orders. Our favorite is their meat lover's pizza.

I've always had pizza hut but this particular Pizza hut has always been good. Pizza has maintained consistency. Staff is always great. This particular location is one of the best pizza hut locations out there! Always ask for the deals of the day. They always have one such as the walk in pepperoni pizza of just over $10.

We visited this express outlet of the Pizza Hut to purchase a pizza to take home to enjoy while watching TV. Having not been in a Pizza Hut for some time we were examining the menu to make a selection. We both have 20/20 vision but were experiencing difficulty in reading the menu board because the fonts were much too small. The next thing we knew the counter person picked up the telephone and called a friend and started to chit-chat, Obviously she wasn't interested in our patronage so we voted with our feet. It'll be a long time before we attend this Pizza Hut again............if ever.
