The bbq whole duck and pork are excellent. Soy roasted whole chickens and crispy roast pork looks very good too. I have been coming to this store for years and there are often lines of customers waiting to be served. It is very popular.
The long line speaks for itself. This BBQ shop is a consensus top three BBQ shop in the Greater Vancouver that including Richmond. The suckling pig is one of the top sellers along with roasted pork, duck and other fowls. Avoid this place during Chinese holidays, prepare to bring a book to read while waiting in line.
Jump right into the line in a Sunday afternoon. Got the roasted pork and BBQ pork ( char siu). Had to sit down in the food court to eat the meat while it was warm. The char siu was juicy and well-seasoned. The roasted pork was lean and nit too fatty. The skin was awesome. Had to eat the skin while it is crispy. Also got a roasted pork feet to make congee with. That was deal for $1.50. Went back on weekday to try the soy sauce chicken. Juicy meat. This place is mainly for take out. Less of a line on the weekdays!
The roast duck and soy sauce chicken were delicious. The BBQ pork (Cha Siu) was better at Hong Kong BBQ Master. This is not really a restaurant, but more of a butcher shop on one side and a HK style BBQ seller on the other.
This shop is amazing, start busy once it opened and you will always seeing people line up and waiting for their Roast Pork .. Their roast pork is a full size pig and not a small piece, it's a big different ! I love their fresh meat too and also found they had special AAA steak and we & friends love it very much ! Remember, it's worth to wait ...
