Neptune wonton noodle - Richmond

It was raining pretty hard and 13C outside when we were going to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet by train.Shoes were soaking wet to the socks.We stepped in this restaurant for the warmth of pork congee, dumplings, fish ball and complimentary teas.Yea we read that the service here is low-rated but the food was more than okay.The congee and fish ball reminded me of Hongkong for the tasting.So when it's a necessity and you don't expect for some special servicing, this place is okay!By the way, you may want to select other dishes than the noodle though.

Neptune Wonton Noodle House is an underling of the Neptune Seafood Restaurant, both restaurants share the same kitchen. This noodle house opens at 11:00 AM and remains continuously open until 2:00 AM. Since the advent of a few more restaurants in the same mall parking has become more challenging. The meals are for the most part more than acceptable and the prices not outrageous.

Sometimes I like a little bit of everything to share. For their lunch combo you can choose 2 or 3 items depending on your hunger level at a reasonable price. We tried their chicken congee, beef rice roll and spicy rice noodle dishes which were above average. There were many options for you to select. You can certainly order a la carte too. The service was fairly fast for a lunch hour. Lots of parking lot spaces.

The place is not clean have bad smell, food taste terrible and there is no customer service. I will not go again. And I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone

This establishment is handy for a late night snack. Be aware that this restaurant offers two sizes of the same menu items with very little difference (at times no difference) in the portion size. Our practice is to always order the smaller size.
