John 3:16 Malaysian Delights Mǎ Lái Měi Shí

Love this restaurant, it's so authentic. The lamb masaman was fool of meat and not just onions and potatoes, everything we had was delicious. I also love the name...For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.John 3:16

Everything is at a good sharing portion, the Roti is good by itself and even better dipping the sugar. However is a tiny place with table for 4 max, if you have a large party be prepared to split up. Reservation strongly recommended!!Food: 5/5

First time here and wow definitely worth the wait!We ordered a few dishes based on the server’s recommendations, and wasn’t disappointed.Everything was very flavorful and well made the fried chicken was one of the best I’ve tried in a long time. Definitely worth a visit will be coming back again and again!After the first bite I kept forgetting to take pictures cause as soon as the next dish came out was too busy trying to get a taste!

John 3:16 has a full range of Malaysian and Chinese dishes-all available for take-out, as well as dine in-with the latter involving being on a waiting list. I chose the former option, taking my meal back to Panda Pod Hotel. The portions of Kam Hiong Prawns and Curry Chicken Puff were perfect. I was greatly impressed by the servers, were keeping what seemed a nearly impossible pace, in a warm place and for a constantly full house.

Very average quality Malaysian food but I find it's inconsistent, not sure if chef changed since the last time I went. A bit on the greasy side but I liked the skewers and chicken rice best. They don't split bills and don't accept credit card if under 30$ so bring debit or cash. Parking lot in the back is sometimes full. The best thing is the message on the wall.
