Always ends up buying more than I intended. It?s nice to go early in the morning when there isn?t too many people.

Great food at great prices! Service can be kind of slow because it usually seems like they are quite understaffed. Last time I went, they had siu mai which was new. Didn't try it but curious to know how it tastes.

Very subpar experience at ikea cafeteria. The staff are quite new and inexperienced. Lady in front asked for kids meal and the staff was stunned and 5 staff members discussed among themselves back and forth on what the portion should be. With bacon or without bacon. This much eggs? Or too much? They didn?t care that there were 10-15 people in line just waiting to get food. They had to get the kids meal portion right down to the atom. If anything, indicates a very inflexible and novice management team.

Not the friendliest staff in the cafeteria. Don 't smile, don 't look up. My kids said good morning to them no response... staff on the sales floor are alot better.

The dining area is very spacious and inviting. However, I did notice a slight decline in the quality of the food. The meatballs were served cold, and the broccoli was overcooked and mushy. The haddock and chips were at room temperature; while the fish itself was hot, some pieces of the fried haddock were a bit burnt. On the positive side, the coffee and fountain drinks were excellent, with a strong coffee flavor and bubbly soda. The prices were quite reasonable for all items. Overall, I would rate the experience as above average, despite the food issues.
