Haidilao Hotpot Richmond

Best hot pot in Richmond! Like always, their service and food quality is amazing. We tried their new soup base coconut chicken broth, taste sweet and savoury. Everyone who works there is amazing, can’t complaint! Haidilao is my go to hot pot place in Richmond !!

Amazing service.Quality of the food was good as well take advantage of the quarter soups for the variety. Meat and other ingredients were very fresh. You can catch some interesting shows happening if you are lucky.Take advantage of the 20% discount after 9pm!

Initially I was overwhelmed with so much that were happening there, but once settled, it was all fun!! Loved the dancers and noodle stretching performance!Everyone there was nice, courteous and having good time!We enjoyed the hot pot a lot. There were so many options. We also liked the salad/snack/dessert bar.My favorites for hot pot were beef tongue, shrimp paste, fish tofu, and cheese wiener.This place is definitely worth trying and be sure to get an apron! Look

First time here, but the food and service were amazing. There was a bit of delay in some food arriving, but the staff was on top of it. No complaints at all. The sauce bar is fun lol. Also make sure to order the noodles because they make them in front of you. ?

Free ice cream dessert at the end.Reservations are recommended as its quite busy. I highly recommend.
