The employees were informed about Celiac, asked about allergies and the sandwiches were pushed forward on a clean surface and wrapped in foil to prevent cross-contamination. Very good , would recommend

Had no gluten-free bread or options when we left today.

They were kind and asked if we were celiac. Offers bread options. My 10-year-old asked for a grilled cheese that seemed to have put it in the microwave over a panini press. She didn't finish it because she had too much cheese and made her stomach sore... It is hard to know what is gluten-free without asking first

Super helpful staff. I had a grilled bacon and egg sandwich. they asked if I had an allergy and when I said celiac they cleaned off the work surface, wore gloves, wrapped the sandwich in foil then pressed it on the panini press to heat it up. Did not find many other options so far at the airport and a couple of places were just downright rude when I asked if they had GF options so the Green Bean was a welcome change.
