We had a GREAT time at Godfrey’s celebrating our friends birthday! Everything was exceptional and we will be back!

The security guard put his hands on me as a woman that’s insane! i did have an outside drink in my bag but it was unopened and i was saying i can just take it back to my car it was no biggie but he started saying “it’s mine now!” which the bartender replied “you can get it back later” weird… but i told the guard “you didn’t need to put your hands on me like that” because he grabbed my arm very forcefully saying he would call the cops. (which what would they do if i have an unopened container? nothing in va that is very much legal. He then started yelling at me. Very disappointing and very weird! I had a good experience last time but i won’t be back due to this woman-hating weirdo! P.S I work in a bar too it would’ve done no harm to let me put the drink back in the car and i know that for fact.

Awesome Drag show!!! There are 2 shows on Sunday, 11am and 2pm. We attended the 11am show. The atmosphere was great. Tip the entertainers!! If you don't have cash on hand that's fine, you can scan the QR codes to tip the entertainers. Please make a reservation in advance. Celestia was the host and was Funny! Ms. Godfrey put on a damn good show, straight entertainer!! Everyone was so nice and the service was great. Enjoyed it and will def be back.

We were there for brunch and a show. We ordered when we sat down. About 2 hours later, we got our food and it was delicious. The show was ok. Only one performer stood out, actually performing. The rest seemed to walk around, lip-syncing, collecting money. I ordered 6 shots for our table but was charged for 10. When I brought it to the server 's attention, he said he thought I told him I wanted to buy shots for the performers. The extra charge was paid by the server, he said. I had a decent time but won 't be back.

This was an amazing place I had so much the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming!
