Domino's Pizza - Richm

Seriously the worst. Don't order from here. Waited forever for a pizza called to cancel they could care 0. Good luck getting any food from here

This location is full of it. I ordered two weeks ago from the exact location and it was delivered fine no problem. On 4/4/24 I tried to do another online order and they canceled my order and the guy Sebastian told me I was out of the delivery zone. Which didn’t make sense cause I’m 6 minutes away from them but Sebastian told me that Hull St location was closer. Which I found very interesting since Hull St is 13 minutes away from me. So I will never order from this location again. And I recommend no one else either. I feel they didn’t want to deliver the food since I didn’t leave a tip to their expectations but I definitely left a tip.

I always order a pan pizza well done and go for pickup to avoid delivery delays this time I forgot to add that to the online order, and was able to call and get it fixed. The young man working inside was helpful and friendly and checked to make sure the pizza was to my liking.

The first 2 orders for delivery were great, chicken bacon ranch pizza that I received was probably oneof the best items I've ever had from Domino's. The bacon/ jalapeño cheesy bread was outstanding also,but the only bad thing I can think of is using contactless delivery took a bit longer (even though being very busy on a Thurs. is understandable).

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Currently still waiting on my delivery that was placed two hours ago. I tried calling to cancel and they hung up on me after leaving me on hold 13 minutes. I can’t rate the food as it hasn’t arrived.
