Wendy's - Richlands

Whoever they have working the drive thru intercom is one of the rudest people in this world. First of all I wanted two of the same thing and she kept trying to only give me one so when I got to the window to pay I asked the woman taking payments if she could verify my order, and before you know it here comes rude lady asking if there’s a problem and if y’all heard the way this lady spoke to the cashier…. I wanted to jump through the window. Now she did all that just for me confirming my order. Rude rude rude and treats her coworkers like trash. She needs to be fired.

Some days it's a p show, but fantastic 90% of the time. Great Wendy's location.

Food is always super good and fresh. I always get out of work late and this place is my go to. If you order chicken you'll have some wait if it's later at night. But all in all it's amazing. Thanks guys!

Took forever for the food, had a curly white hair in the baconator fries and the burger wasn’t even close to right.

All of our food was completely RAW and SQUISHY! I couldn't let my family eat. So glad we checked before handing out. And this was a $70 order! Thankfully DoorDash made it right with refund when showing them picture proof. This place should be shut down! We have tried this location when first moving to the area 2 years ago. It was horrible then also and dirty. Employees not washing hands after using restroom! Needless to say, it’s only gotten worse! Will never try this specific location again. One in pounding mill is great!
