Burger King - Richlands

Friendly staff. The burgers are mostly fresh. Although there were many times, an item is added that was asked to be left, such as ketchup. Also an item for which I will be calculated separately, like cheese is missing. My biggest complaint is that the grilled chicken should be made more often than not because it would be completely dried out, such as jerk. The last time I ordered, I was told that there would be a waiting time because they made them fresh. It was much better! I would prefer to start a small waiting period, unlike coming back and waiting for it to be done again. Breakfast needs improvement. The French toast sticks have either not been left long enough in the frit and are served soggy greasy or they are too long left to send them so dark hard You can't eat them. The chicken nuggets, which are quite decent at any other time, also tend to be hard when ordered during the morning shift. As I said, the people who work here, whether in the morning or in the evening, all smile and are kind. It's about the people who prepare the food. You just need a little more attention on the details.
