Starbucks - Richland

The sweet cream cold brew is amazing and the staff is always extra friendly. This is probably my favorite bucks to work frequently as I am the street. I especially love the weekly funny questions the employees ask.

This Starbucks has made a dramatic turn. Almost all employees are new at this point. You're very kind. We are always greeted and they are very attentive. The volume of customers is great. You manage traffic well. I'm regular and I appreciate the family atmosphere. They ignore unfamiliar guests, as is the case in many other starbucks. In my opinion, this Starbucks location is the best in the Tri-Cities. The products are consistently excellent. Management is very professional and personal. Harmony is very dedicated and keeps everything running like a Swiss watch. If something could improve, I could suggest that the companies that take over large areas of the store are somehow reminded that most customers come for peace and quiet. At this moment a woman sells art work and has taken over five chairs at the table for a customer. Companies often take over a large part of the seating area and spend hours selling something or other. Most are calm. This lady isn't. Civilization and courtesy are always appreciated.

Service was fast and workers were very friendly and friendly. My toddler made a little mess, and my husband wanted a mother to clean him, and they said it was okay, not a big deal, and that they would handle it. I'm sure I appreciate it.

Although Starbucks is a chain, they are not all the same. This store mafe the best latte and breakfast sandwich I had in over a year. This was my first visit to this shop. I'll visit at any time when I'm in this area.

I liked this place, although the location seemed a little awkward to get to. The baristas were all friendly and did a great job. The atmosphere was great and had a nice meeting with a new friend!
