Starbucks - Richland

This starbucks is in dire need of new staffing. No one should have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee.

Got offered to try a new drink from the barista aside from my regular it’s my new go to! Highly recommend brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam and cinnamon,

Poor service, stood at the order line for over 5 minutes, with no acknowledgment from staff that were right in front of me. As I waited to be helped, I continually swatted flies that buzzed all around. I wouldn't go here again.

Venti iced Carmel macchiato with toffee nut in place of vanilla. Delicious. Ordered a couple cake pops also. The service was excellent. Stephan was very friendly and made sure my order was correct. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely no complaints here!

Honestly, Starbucks wasn't even busy, but the wait to get our drinks was exceedingly long. Contributing to that, they sat my daughters drink like it was being picked up at drive-thru when it was being picked up in store, so that added a few more minutes to our wait. Normally, I am a fan of Starbucks, but today was a let down.
