The delivery person left the order as requested, but did not leave the entire order or send a photo of the order in front of the house for verification. We had ordered a custom pizza, cinnamon sticks, cheese sticks, apple pie, extra icing, a Parmesan Romano cheese shaker, and a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi. When we checked the order after returning home a few minutes later, the cheese shaker and Pepsi were missing. Since it is not a densely populated area, we are certain that they were not stolen but simply not delivered.
Our order took longer than anticipated, but it was evident that they were short-staffed. The amiable cashier managed us and the other customers efficiently and even provided us with complimentary food for the delay. Unfortunately, there is no seating available in the dining area while awaiting your order. Please note that as of 01/15/2022, they are only offering carryout service and not delivery. Be prepared for potential delays even if it shows ready on their screen, the Pizza Hut website, or app.
We waited for an hour and a half to get cold pizza with very little sauce. It was mostly just bread and cheese. This place either needs new management or to be closed down, as this has happened more than once.
How this place still makes me open. almost 2 hours waiting for pizza that was made cold and bad. the man closes it or acquires new management.
Order delivery online and the order should be $36, but my card was charged $43 and I got none of my drinks the cookie was hard. the driver was very nice, but not happy to load my card most important
