My man and I went to an impromptu jubilee. the terrace was covered and was very welcoming and comfortable. server were very friendly and attentive. we have the garnelen mornay and fried avocado for appetizers that were both very good. merlot wein was great, and I had the Ceasar salad with the additional side of the steel head that was delicious! husband had the fried chicken and risotto and was very happy with it. very nice experience! would highly recommend, and I am usually not very impressed by most dine out experiences. great job, bookwalter, and thanks for a very nice evening!

Had the 14 dry age beef burger today and without a doubt that was the best burger I've had in the Tri. My buddy got the wagyu cheeseburger and felt the same way I did about my burger. So we've decided to return and reverse our orders to see which we like better. Also the Oaxacan Old Fashioned here at Bookwater is absolutely stunning. Best I've ever had hands down.

Probably one of the best stocked bars in the Tri-Cities area. While obviously they have amazing wine selections their spirits and knowledgeable staff, specifically Fred, can make most drinks you can think of and hold a conversation about the complexity of the drink. The food is amazing and is both classic but also surprisingly refreshing with chefs that aren't afraid to experiment.

I rate restaurants on 3 main things; service food and drinks. The host was excellent. Very friendly. Fred was awesome as well As the bartender. I had the chicharrones tacos and they were excellent. Wine and cocktails were great. This place has very nice selection of liquors. I will be back. Great job!

Food was pretty good. Service was not great. Server was friendly and helpful but didn't check in very often.
