Dairy Queen - Richland

Would give them a five cause I love their strips and white gravy but I pay for extra bread and they always forget guess im dumb to keep ordering it lol

Other chicken places has nothing on Dairy Queen my grandson and i have tried them from everywhere around us and Dairy Queen is number one in our book and you cant beat their white gravy nor their texas toast

The slush and blizzards were amazing, but the burger was a 1-star.

Ordered large fries, but got the bare minimum when it arrived. At least the chicken strips were fine though.

I always stop at Dairy Queen locations wherever I go. I began stopping at this particular one a few years ago while passing through Jackson. The service at businesses in Jackson is typically terrible, so going to the Richland store was a slight detour but definitely worth it. However, over the last year, things have taken a turn for the worse at this location as well. On my recent visit, I was one of only two customers there. After waiting at the drive-thru alone and then going inside, I was greeted with a lackluster "aight watcha got?" before two employees proceeded to chat with each other for 20 minutes instead of assisting me. Really?!?!
