Mcdonald's - Richfield

The kiosks make the employees less attentive to customers needs. I was paying cash and sat at the counter for at least 5 minutes without one person looking at me or saying a word. A male employee finally looked at me and walked right past me. I had to ask for help and then 2 employees debated who will help me. For all the self-service options provided, there should be a focus on where customers need help still. Want a nice experience for a company who should teach their small town employees to provide better customer experiences.

ALWAYS check your bag to make sure your order is right! Make sure you got right sauce and right amount. Usually good fries, make sure they fresh. I live here, I know!!

Stood inside for 20 minutes and no one came to take my order so I left this is not the first time

We love going to McDonald's the food is always hot, the service is with a smile and it is quick and affordable!

There are many drive-throughs, the store is quiet, and the employees are friendly.
