Mcdonald's - Richfield

I go through the drive thru at this McDonald's nearly every morning. The staff is the best.

I don't go to this McDonald's anymore. I generally would go in the morning and there's is elderly lady who provides horrible service. She would refuse to put down the proper drink order which I'd have to correct at the other window and she would purposely sabotage my food.The last time she took my receipt to fulfill my coffee and put the receipt in the coffee. I didn't realize this until I had already drank it.I did make a report to the owners about the service and they ignored me. They don't care about their customers or their customer service.There are good employees at this location but one horrible employee taints the whole experience.

I'm sure it was the manager that I interacted with. Very nice, respectful and professional. Highly Recommend

This is by far one of the best McDonald 's ever. I often drive all the way to Richfield to visit this McDonald 's because the two McDonald 's in Albemarle do not have milkshakes. That is to say their machines are broken so very often. Everything else at this location it seems is just a higher quality than anywhere else. The service is even better at this location.

Asked for a refund for the king time waiting so I could get to work on time was told no and made to wait refused a refund made me take the food absolutely
