Firehouse Subs Lyndale Station

First the second person. I gave them my sandwich. when they came back (5 minutes later) they ended with theirs. she gave him that sandwich and tried to give me the one he went with. I refused (if it was tried first). she said she had done another. it was cold and the cheese was clogged. I think she gave me the same. She apologized. this is the second time ive recieved a cold sandwich and bad service. the first time I came was great. now the service has gone.

Will definitely be back. Really enjoyed the subs and we liked that they come in nice compact boxes. Also the soda machine in the store is like the ones at movie theaters that has like 80 different kinds of soda and a touchscreen to choose. Very high end. Had the turkey bacon ranch and my son had the brisket sandwich which we both really thought were tasty.

Have not returned to this establishment when one of their servants did not apologize for their rudeness to their king (customer). Company owners chose not to invite me back. Hope they do well with service agents that have no clue how to speak to their kings (customers).

Love how they steam the meats but would love to get the hot sauces back to choose from again.

Tried 2 of the subs so far, the Italian stood out due to the quality ingedients and italian spice. For this reason excited to try the meatball. Cookie was also better than what you normally find at a sandwich place. Only downside was that you probably need to make a special request for them to go as heavy the mustard as I like.
