Caribou Coffee - Richfield

This location has a very busy drive thru, which leads to rushed drink-making. The last couple of times I?ve been here, my cappuccino has looked like a latte, and my companion?s drink hasn?t come with the extra espresso shot ordered. I?d rather wait in line a few extra minutes for the baristas to make each drink order perfectly. We look forward to a foamy cappuccino and strong campfire mocha when we splurge on Caribou.

So I'm working on another Caribou. I have a drink I like. These guys make it perfect for me! You're all super nice to do it!

Fast service inside. Friendly staff. Coffee was right.

The staff at the window seemed cold and didn't speak. Eating and drinking was great, but service felt like I shouldn't have done it.

This is a Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels all in one place. There was fast and friendly service. The tables could be better cleaned and bussed quicker. There also isn't an area to drop off used baskets.
