A sign in the cash register calls for the males to be patient because of the small staff, and another sign calls for people to apply for employment. Kristina was thrilled, and when she was worried about us, she was sweet and efficient. She even gave us the senior discount that we could not request. Our Classic Meal and Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich came out faster than expected. Husband was disappointed that they ran out of Arby's sauce for his sandwich. I was happy with mine. Looked and tasted great. Husband said his sandwich was dry, and it was okay. I was trying to give four stars, for lack of Arby's sauce, but everything else was 5 stars.
The young man who helped us at the counter was incredibly kind. As Nice and pleasant as can be. I just can't say enough good things about him. Food was great, service was great. I'd love if all fast food workers were like him. Itv says Skylar in the receipt, young, had a few tattoos on his arms. Please tell him what a great job he did. There's no customer service anymore, anywhere. But there is at the Richfield Arbys!!

Ordered a sandwich. Got to the window and paid. The server asked if I wanted sauce, and I said yes, extra. She snipped next time ask at the first cause I have to charge you for that much . I said I 'm happy to pay , and she firmly closed the window and stormed off. I won 't be back.
Arby's stole money out of my account 3 days after I was there and got a refund on my purchase. A new charge from arby's Just hit my account yesterday I was in there 4 days ago
