Bojangles - Richburg

Absolutely fantastic fast-food chicken spot! The sides are just average, but the chicken is incredible when it's fresh out of the fryer. Two words: chicken supremes!

I took a detour off Interstate 77 and ended up at this restaurant. The chicken was excellent. The Dirty Rice was quite different from the original, but it was still decent. Like many places, they seem to be making do with the resources they have. The staff was friendly, and the District Manager was on-site, working on potential improvements for the area. I would definitely come back to eat here again.

Uncharacteristically, they were out of mac and cheese, gravy for the mashed potatoes, and coleslaw, and it seemed like they were understaffed. However, they did an excellent job preparing my five-piece lunch with some dirty rice. I commend the staff for doing their best with what they had. Additionally, the credit card machine was down and wasn't printing receipts, which was likely a disappointment for me and other customers. But the chicken was cooked perfectly!

I would give no stars. They need to shut down. Everytime I go they always say it?s a 20 min wait on grilled chicken they had no sides ready. I mean what are u selling just fried chicken. Dang shame.

This place is nasty. They took orders no one wa filling the orders, when asked to the employee walked off and laughed at the cashier. The dirty rice was nasty. The chocked was over fried to hard. The tables all were nasty and sticky. The drinkfountain was leaking water all over the counter and floor and the guy just stood there looking at it like he didn?t want o cleanit up. Also the guy working the drive thru said they need to clean up tonight because it was not cleaned last night. Shut thisplace down and clean it reopen with a new staff
