I will not return nor suggest to anyone to come here. They first did not give me my complete order. O called 5 times and no one answered the phone. I drove out there, they choose to remake my orders and the falafels were rock hard and unable to be eaten. If I could give them a negative I would, since they went out their way to provide me with a negative experiences. I hate this place.

I want the owner to read this review please teach your employees how to behave to the customer . I really don’t write any reviews but this one I really wanted the owner to know what your employees doing in your store . Me my husband and a baby in a car seat went in there on 6/29/2023 between 9.30 pm to 9.45 pm why I give you this long description is because I want you to look in the camera and see who is the guy and the lady who was serving food . I bought a reg platter and after he putting the lettuce tomato and rice he gave the plate to the lady then he whispered something to her in their language about me and I asked for 3 spoons of onion and bell pepper she only put 2 and I asked her to put one more she said I will be charged extra for the onion and bell pepper I showed her the board and said it says $0 for onion and bell pepper she said that’s only for one scoop and if I ask for extra scoop I will be charged extra I said ok no problem put the extra scoop and it was the guy who made her to say this and they both were trying to insult me . I only asked for 3 scoop not the whole bucket they giving me attitude like I am there to beg for food , since 2019 we been coming to this halal guys regularly and this was the first time we had such an unpleasant experience . The guy the register was nice and he understood the situation and he said he is not gonna charge me for that. paying for that extra onion and bell pepper is nothing for me I even give them tip but not anymore it’s the attitude from both the guy and the lady made me feel they are trying to insult me .

If someone goes from New York, this pricing will seem high. And it is high in comparison to other similar stores. But the authentic NY halal guys test is there and loved it.Food: 5/5

CLOSED 30 Min before stated time Christmas EVEI have worked in the food industry before and I have seen several ways of getting ready to close on a holiday, but never in my life have I seen people dump the food and lock the doors 30 minutes before the stated closing time.I mobilized my entire family to be there well before the doors should have shut. we arrived at 3:36pm and sign on the door said they were open until 4pm. when i knocked on the door and a employee answered and said sorry the food is gone, but there is some rice left if you want it? My jaw dropped at the sheer forethought that would have had to happen to do so.As someone that has worked on the holidays before to serve customers. Customers come first! Sure Stack the chairs, get caught up on dishes, and get all the prep work done, no one would fault you. But dumping the food that you committed to your customers to have up until a certain time and locking them out is completely unacceptable.

I hope the owners read this. One of employees here is very rude this is my second time here and the first time I thought that maybe she just wasn't having a good day but no! I'm not sure was wrong with that lady named Claudia she is always rude and when I asked for the name she refused to give me her name I had to ask to another employee for her name, I stay eating in the restaurant for about 30 minutes and I could see that she was doing the same thing to every single costumer.
