I received complimentary chips and queso for signing up through their promotion and placing my first order. The tacos were outstanding, with a great selection of options to customize them. I absolutely loved the flavors and would definitely return!

The man served me, but the woman stayed in the back, giving me unfriendly looks. When he prepared my bowl, he only took small half-scoops, clearly rushing to get me out. I asked to add lettuce, and he rudely informed me it would cost an extra $1.50, even grunting when I asked about it. Both of them had quite an attitude. I wore my mask and made an effort to be friendly because I understand what it’s like to work in the food service industry. I said please and thank you, but I still felt treated like an inconvenience. To top it off, I paid $11 for a half-filled bowl. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all—head to Freebirds or any other spot instead, as the hospitality here is severely lacking. Additionally, the woman was answering phone calls while still wearing her gloves and handling food with them on, which seemed really unsanitary given she was moving between the front and back. If I could give less than one star, I would. The entire experience, from the service to the food quality, was unacceptable and left a really bad impression on me.

Make sure to try the spicy queso; it's one of the best you'll find! The quesadillas are also quite good. Don't forget to take advantage of the discount available on Tuesdays for UTD students.

I really like this location. It?s very clean. The associate wash hands and change gloves like they are supposed to. Trust me, you would be surprise that some associates at places do not do it. They are really nice. I?m in and out and food is really good. I love the reward program as well. I already have a free entree!

I warn everybody to not buy the guacamole. I got two sides with my chips and it was disgusting. The texture was off. I went at around 2 pm and am almost certain it wasn?t made fresh. Wont be coming back that?s for sure
