Pollo Regio - Richardson

Out of all the Pollo Regio I have been to, this was the far worst establishment I ever been too. The establishment was 50/50 clean. The sauces stand was like its been there for awhile, not really fresh. Some of the employees were nice and some had an attitude. Maybe they were having a bad day. Even though if it were they shouldn't let it effect their work. The food wasn't even hot nor I don't think it was fresh either. I order the carnes asada baked potato. Never seen a baked potato that had nacho cheese mixed with mozzarella cheese or I think it was mozzarella cheese. The carnes asado was cold it wasn't hot nor fresh like it supposed to be. It kind of taste funny, the potato the same. I didn't eat the potato. I did try to get their attention about the food but either they ignore me or just busy. I would had given them higher stars but this was unpleasant experience. I would come back if they correct the mistake and if not I won't be coming back and surely wouldn't be recommending to anyone to come to this establishment.

Rosa is the best server at this restaurant. She always has a smile and is always willing to help.

Came to this location after a long a day of work and it is 8:50pm I place my order waited in line for about 20 minutes I arrive to the window and he had no idea what my order was! Then I proceed to repeat my order he stops me and says we do not have any chips they are already closing the kitchen down already and they will not want to make anymore…. I mentioned to him it is currently 9:15pm you guys close at 10pm you all still have 45min to be open …. He proceeds to tell me well yea I know but they will not want to make any! This location is horrible ! This isn’t the first time this has happen.

Wow! My exbrthrlaw Jerry took me here on Valentine's Day for lunch to go In fact this was my second. Time OMG! Well worth the money HE got the loaded chicken Nachos I got the beef Nachos fully loaded I ate it for 2 meals. The Mgr Staff (lDied) were OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY, CURIOSITY. I'm coming back again.. place was clean,, too.

The worst location to go to spent over$60 the chicken was way to dry. No seasoning at all it did not taste like your typical Pollo Regio Chicken I will never give spend another dime at this place don't waste your time or money to mention they forgot to give me my rice beans what a joke
