Long John Silvers - Richardson

I am very disappointed by some Long John's we have visited in recent years. Today I started ratings and reviews for them in a 30 miles radius of our house. I found this and we had lunch. Such a wonderful surprise! Fresh, hot fish, perfect Hush puppies and big swamps. We talked to the manager and she's so nice. We're going from N Frisco to Richardson for my Long John's Fix.

My family goes to this place once a month. Food and order is always perfect, but the real stars....Are the employees!! Always with a smile, suggestion, accuracy and really treat as if you are VIP. Rikeesha (Rickky) ABOVE AND BEYOND! Dion and John are always looking to get my order quickly and correctly. You do not see a service with care and this enthusiasm in the companies much nowadays. But this team has it! Don't forget that strawberry cheesecakes his bomb.

I usually enjoy Long Johns, but this place gave me old heat lamp food on two occasions this day. This last time the chicken was so hard that I used it as a door stop. Really disappointed. Will not return to this place.

My fiancée and I had a fishing, Long Johns has changed! Wow! It was a delicious lunch at such a good price! Restaurant was clean, very nice people working there. Especially the food was fresh and delicious!

The service was quick and polite but sanitation isn’t oh the highest priority. One manager was in the back preparing food then came to the front to take my order then went back to the back when another worker came to the front to wipe her nose then cough without covering her mouth then she went to the back and touched my food to put it in the bag ugh.
