Chipotle Mexican Grill - Richardson

Ordered through their app, but when I arrived they had no diet drinks. Would not refund nor credit my credit card. Had to go thru the app and a laborious chat with a robot. Ended up with a future credit for a free drink. This process is completely unsatisfactory.

Port customer service and very messy. Please train your staff on great customer service and serving food that is not messy and all over the containers and receipt.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a burrito with lettuce guacamole and white rice. Food was fine until i saw insects crawling in my food. they were black little spiders. disgusting and will NOT be coming back. Only good thing is they gave me a new one.

Such horrible service, line with food was dirty and lots of cross contamination. I hate that my grandkids like the food. I won't ever go back to this
