This is a very gluten friendly restaurant! They really do take food allergies seriously, which is so nice. The servers and the managers are very friendly and efficient. We have been regulars for years and the food and service are always excellent. This is our favorite Asian Mint location the others are great too, but we like the staff (several who have been there for years) and ambiance at the Richardson location the best.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options. We also can ask for dairy free and peanut free and are always accommodated.

Lots of gluten, dairy free, veggie and vegan options. Menu is clearly marked with those options and the kitchen and is well trained. They accommodated my dietary needs and they even have organic ingredients and non preservatives in their food. It tastes fresh and authentic ! I enjoy the pad Thai , curry, all the fried rice ,dishes including pineapple fried rice. The spring rolls are amazing ! I’m hoping that they open a sushi bar at this location like they do at their other locations in Dallas! I highly recommend this Thai restaurant! I can't praise this place enough. They are tasty, consistent, friendly, and take food allergies seriously. I get take out at least once a month. It does have great seating for a dine in experience. My go to's are the summer rolls (with shrimp) and the peanut basil chicken.

The good is always fresh and delicious! In love with the smokiness of the crab fried rice! One of my favorite sushi's is the Yellow Tail, actually, it's a family favorite! The shrimp Wontons are very good and my husband always orders the Red Snapper. You must give Asian Mint a try!

Asian Mint offers a consistently delicious pickup/take out service. Staff is friendly and it's easy to order over the phone. (make sure you call the correct location! and I have not experienced any mistakes in our orders.The food is always fresh; the Summer Rolls definitely have that minty Asian flavor.Food: 5/5
