Downham Ice Cream Shop - Ribble Valley

First visit in a couple of years and still a good place to visit.i had a most delicious apple pie flavour ice cream. Good selection.

The ice cream at this restaurant is of good quality and comes in a variety of flavors. I recommend trying the pork pies if they are still available. It's best to visit on a sunny day to enjoy the lovely outdoor seating in a charming setting. It's a perfect reward after a nice walk.

Lovely little shop selling the most amazing ice cream in this lovely village. Good choice of flavours, you can also buy coffee and cakes. Beautiful sat in the sun on the green outside by the stream and ducks.

Yesterday we were out on an afternoon drive when we came across this lovely ice cream shop, although as we soon found it it sold much more than just ice cream. In reality we were lucky since we later found that the internet said the shop closes on a Monday. There was a huge choice of flavours at very reasonable prices, depending on your choice of cornet. We sat in the sun on the lovely seating provided outside the shop complete with flowers and a copy of the Ribble Valley magazine. Excellent!
