Przekaż informację zwrotnąOn Friday, June 3rd, my family gathered at the Bony Inn for a meal. We had family members traveling from Leeds and Chester, so we chose this restaurant as a meeting point. We had a table reserved for 13/14 people and were required to pay £10 per person in advance. We arrived on time, ordered drinks at the bar, and paid separately to make splitting the bill easier. I ordered the chicken platter, which was tasty but disappointingly small for the price. For my main course, I had the fish and chips, which was average and not very warm. My wife had the chicken Kiev, which was dry and lacked the garlic butter we had enjoyed in the past. The chocolate dessert was the highlight of the meal. When it came time to split the bill, we were told to pay the full amount individually and the excess would be refunded to the original payment method within a few days. Despite some issues, the server was helpful and friendly. Overall, I hope this was just a one-off experience and I will continue to enjoy decent food at the Bony Inn in the future.
I went to this restaurant with my partner and two friends for dinner. The vegan menu offered thoughtfully crafted and satisfying dishes that were all fantastic and delicious, not just a few token items. The mushroom pudding was absolutely divine and I couldn't resist licking the plate. We also enjoyed the sweet potato curry, two vegan burgers, southern fried jackfruit, flower fritters, celeriac soup, brownie, and limoncello affogato. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back. The staff was excellent and the server mentioned that the vegan menu, only available for a limited time, was quite popular.
I have dined at this restaurant several times in the past month. The service was helpful, professional, and friendly. I particularly liked the risotto at my most recent meal. The passionfruit coolers were also a popular choice!
Beautiful cozy decor inside with magnificent views of the pendle hill, especially sat outside on a sunny day, with the additional attraction of 5 alpacas on the field they own. not so sharp on the menu really that we were disappointed with it is closed on Mondays. Tuesdays. their lunch sandwiches were too nice for us. Why can’t pubs who want to attract a certain type of clientele offer “normal” sandwiches also for people who want a snack with basic fillings and also contain the fancier options?
Really enjoyed my sirloin roast beef dinner it was beautiful, it came with a range of vegetables, and was plenty for two of us , i couldn't even handle it all this came on a set menu with a starter I choose the cauliflower soup... and the price was good, to say what you'd pay at a carvery on a Sunday which is standard compared to the bonny inns roast. My fiance had the lamb and enjoyed it too, his starter looked amazing and well presented. Staff was very polite too
