The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Rialto

Tried this location for the first time, and the customer service was on point. I had not been to a coffee bean since last may while in Hawaii. Sad that they discontinued the chocolate covered coffee bean drinks but Zalya made it all better by assisting me with recommendations. I tried the cookies and cream coffee shake and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back for more, especially at this location. ????

The ladies and staff were very friendly and helpful. I visited there the night of 7/24 picked up a large traveler last minute.. manager accommodate my last minute order and brewed the coffee nice and fresh, packed everything up and had me on my way.. Good Customer service is hard to find now a days, but I'm happy to say I found it here. The coffee shop was also nice , clean and organized. Thank you everyone.

My Chai tea latte was okay, could have been made better. Employee was nice

Best iced blended drinks by far. Nobody can compare in the USA. In my opinion, although i have heard amazing reviews about Australian Coffee being superb comparatively speaking. Would love to have opportunity to try Aussies coffee..

I stopped by for an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and light ice since I had read the reviews about too much ice on drinks at this Coffee Bean location. I received extra ice instead. I returned to speak to the manager and my drink was nicely replaced. However, they gave me a hazelnut flavored latte with regular milk instead of my almond milk vanilla latte. Such a disappointment! As much as I love Coffee Bean at other locations, the next time I'm in Rialto, I'll stick to Starbucks.
