Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Rialto

My mom really enjoys this restaurant. The food is quite tasty, but the portion sizes seem a bit smaller than they used to be. LOL!

While I waited outside for my food, I saw her and asked for the owner's contact number, but she refused to come out. I had to re-enter the restaurant to ask again, only to be told once more that pets are not allowed, even though I was just waiting for the owner's number. I would like the owner to get in touch with me.

I've been to this restaurant a few times now, and the portions are a bit too much for me. The last time I visited, I ordered the mini plate, which was just over $10. The food was very good, and I really enjoyed the macaroni salad!

When I say Janelle was on point, baby girl was on point. She was so patient helpful made sure we got everything we wanted the way we wanted it. Customer service was above beyond. Then when our food came out she was like just double check wanted tomake sure it was just the way we asked. She really was so good ????????????

Always satisfying to eat the BBQ chicken plate for lunch. Super fast service and a nice place to dine inside.
